The Cowboys‘ Mega fan From Dallas PD, Jose De La Rocha, was born on May 9, 1984, in Dallas, Texas. De La Rocha tragically died of a heart attack in August and will be honored by the San Jose police ahead of the Cowboys-49ers Week 5 game. He was a dedicated Cowboys fan who worked at the Dallas Police Department and, sadly, passed away.

Jose De La Rocha worked as a police officer in Dallas. He liked football, and he bought tickets to watch a game on Sunday. But he died of a heart attack in August. The police officers in San Jose wanted to do something & invited his family to come to the game. The game is between the 49ers and the Cowboys and it will be on Sunday night in Santa Clara.

Jose’s wife, Adriana De La Rocha, thinks that Jose would be happy if she and their son went to the game. They believe that Jose will be right there with them. Late Jose was a good man, and he helped many children play sports. He left behind his wife and a son who is four years old.
On Sunday, the police officers in San Jose will take the family to the game in a special way. They will use their cars with lights and sounds to make a big parade for them. This action shows that police officers treat each other like brothers and sisters, no matter what their uniforms or badges look like. “I miss him every day,” said Adriana De La Rocha, Jose’s widow. “Being here for the game was something we wanted to start together. I thought a lot about canceling the trip.”
George Aranda, president of the National Latino Law Enforcement Organization, remembered Corporal De La Rocha as a great human being who will be dearly missed. “He always greeted me with that big smile of his,” Aranda said.
Unfortunately, since May, three police officers in Dallas have passed away due to severe heart attacks.

Since May, three police officers in Dallas have died because their hearts suddenly stopped working, causing them to pass away. Per reports, Sergeant Darrell Gary in May, Officer Christopher Jackson in July, and Senior Corporal Jose De La Rocha, who recently passed away at home.
